Cast Your Vote

An estimated 1.4 million Nebraskans experience intimate partner violence in their lifetimes. If you’re not a survivor, then you likely know someone who is, whether you realize it or not. It could be someone very close to you, because many survivors never tell anyone. When you cast a ballot, you’re shaping how your community supports survivors, invests in safety, and stops violence before it starts. When you head to the polls, vote with survivors in mind.

The midterm election will be held on November 3, 2026. Below are resources and information to help ensure your vote is counted on Election Day.

Address Confidentiality Program

Voting is a fundamental right, but for those experiencing stalking or abuse, the process can present unique risks and challenges. The Nebraska Address Confidentiality Program (ACP) provides services to Nebraska residents who are survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and trafficking.
