If you’re in Ogallala on October 1, you’ll see purple lights shining down Spruce Street as local businesses come together to show survivors in the community: You are supported. You are seen. You are not alone.
Now, the Sandhills Crisis Intervention Program is asking YOU to join them! They have a limited supply of extra purple tube lights, and they want to see them shining all around the community! Local businesses and community members are invited to pick up purple lights to display through October.
Sandhills Crisis Intervention Program is asking for a $5 deposit for each tube light taken for home use. Your deposit will be returned when the light is brought back at the end of the month.
