A thorough review of Nebraska’s Harassment Protection Order, Domestic Abuse Protection Order and Sexual Assault Protection Order that addresses safety planning around the use of a protection order, which protection orders to choose, and how to file a protection order. The training will also address the renewal of protection orders, including the types of orders that allow for a renewal, when to file the renewal and the forms involved with the renewal.
