Job Summary:
The Immigration Project Attorney is a member of the Coalition’s Legal Team and provides direct legal support to survivors of domestic/sexual violence and trafficking in need of legal immigration services. This position works in tandem with other Coalition Team members and the rural member programs across Nebraska. This work requires a strong anti-oppression framework, incorporating social change, and social justice into all efforts.

Interview Process:
The Coalition will review your resume within 30 days of receiving it. If we are interested in your resume, we will contact you to schedule a 30–45 minute screening interview. If you are selected for a second interview and choose to continue in the application process, the Coalition will contact you within two weeks of the screening interview to schedule a second interview. The Coalition is able to offer interviews via phone, online, or in-person, depending on the resources available to you.

We are searching for the right candidate for this position, so this position will remain open until filled. The idea start date for this position is ASAP, but we are flexible on this timeline.
