Personal Safety Plan

Leaving a violent relationship is often the most dangerous time for victims and survivors of violence. A safety plan helps with the process of planning a safe escape from an abusive relationship as well as making choices based on safety while still living with the abusive partner. 

Safety planning as an integral part of providing services to victims and survivors of sexual, domestic, and similar types of violence. It is often one of the first services that is provided by an advocate at a survivor advocacy organization. 

Our Personal Safety Plan is a free resource designed to help victims and survivors plan ahead and protect themselves and their children from abuse.
